    Responsibilities: Answer inbound calls and provide exceptional customer service, Appointment scheduling and calendar management, Insurance verification and benefits explanation, Treatment plan presentation and financial coordination, Dental billing, EOB review, EFT processing, and ERA posting Follow up on claims, balances, and post-op care, Maintain accurate records in Dentrix and Microsoft systems.


    Qualifications: 2+ years dental front office experience (required), Strong background in treatment coordination and patient financials, Proficiency in Dentrix, dental insurance, and dental billing workflows, Experience with ERAs, EFTs, EOBs, and insurance claims, Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills, Comfortable working independently in a remote/virtual environment
