We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and motivated Client Services Administrator to join our Client Services Department. This role is designed to provide critical administrative and operational support to our Client Representatives while helping ensure client needs, compliance documents, and internal workflows are handled accurately and on time.


This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys structure, accuracy, teamwork, and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment. The position will serve as an entry-level role within the Client Services Department, with the opportunity to grow into a Client Representative position over time as knowledge, experience, and skill level develop.


About the Role


The Client Services Administrator will support the department by helping manage routine compliance, document preparation, tracking, and administrative tasks. This position will play an important role in improving consistency, organization, and efficiency across the Client Services team.

These responsibilities are essential to supporting our clients, maintaining compliance deadlines, and helping Client Representatives focus on higher-level client management responsibilities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with tracking deadlines, document status, and required follow-up items through structured spreadsheets or workflow tools.
  • Help prepare, review, and submit documents to state and federal agencies within required deadlines.
  • Assist with state-specific forms, client portal uploads, regulatory portal uploads, weekly report check-ins, and document management functions as assigned.
  • Support routine operational auditsand compliance-related reviews.
  • Collaborate with Client Representatives and internal teams to ensure smooth and effective delivery of services to clients.
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities, deadlines, and department needs.
  • Provide administrative support to the Client Services Department as additional needs are identified.
