As a Field Specialist - Artificial Lift System, you will be responsible for:
Performing installation/pulling of AccessESP Retrievable ESP system and associated equipment in offshore and onshore assignment.
Assisting and managing of ESP equipment in order to maximize well productivity and ESP run life.
Performing frequent travel on international or domestic on short notice given at times
Handling special projects as assigned
Conducting business activities in accordance with HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements and Baker Hughes Core Values.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
Have a Technical Degree or equivalent or 5 years of ALS, Completions, or Wireline field experience
Be a leader on the rig
Overcommunicate with customers and internal Baker team.
Have ALS, Completions or Wireline background
Have extensive technical experience in running Electrical Submersible Pump or Artificial Lift tools or equipment. Completions background a plus.
Have analytical skill to route ESP problem during troubleshooting
Have valid offshore experience
Have ability to use basic computer programs to complete daily paperwork flawlessly
Have Customer Focus, Communication, Interpersonal, and Team Working Skills
