We are seeking an expert in talent identification and engagement with a deep understanding of how to build and maintain robust candidate pipelines. The ideal candidate is methodical, data-informed, and skilled at building initial relationships with top‑tier professionals in the digital financial markets industry. The person will work under the supervision of a Talent Partner and will also be handling selected full‑cycle hiring processes. Role DescriptionAs a Talent Partner & Sourcer, you will be responsible for the top‑of‑funnel recruitment activities, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified candidates for our open roles.
- Strategic Sourcing: Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies as per Talent team request to identify potential candidates for critical roles across the business.
- Talent Identification: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean, X‑ray search) and professional networks to proactively identify and contact passive candidates.
- Pipeline Management: Build and maintain curated talent pools for our core and future hiring needs, focusing on long‑term relationship building.
- Candidate Engagement: Serve as the first point of contact for prospective candidates. You will be responsible for crafting clear, concise, and personalized outreach that accurately represents the role and our company culture.
- Initial Qualification: Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate suitability, interest, and qualifications, and ensure a structured hand‑off to the Talent Acquisition Partner.

- Data & Reporting: Track and analyze key sourcing metrics (e.g., response rates, pass‑through rates, source of hire) to assess the effectiveness of sourcing channels and strategies.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand the specific requirements of each role and refine the candidate search accordingly.
- Full‑cycle recruitment - support full cycle hiring needs for selected openings
- Education: A degree in a relevant field such as Communications, Business, or Human Resources is beneficial.
- Sourcing Experience: A minimum of 3 years of dedicated experience in general talent acquisition, sourcing or research role, with a demonstrable track record of hiring passive, mid‑to‑senior level talent.
- Industry Background: Experience within a high‑growth technology, digital assets or fintech company is strongly preferred. Experience sourcing for roles in algorithmic trading and digital financial markets (crypto) is a significant plus.
- Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of direct sourcing techniques and proficiency with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems, and other talent platforms.
- Domain Interest: A genuine interest or prior experience in trading and digital asset markets is an asset.
- Analytical Mindset: A process‑driven and analytical approach to sourcing, with the ability to use data to guide your decisions.
