Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

  • A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.
  • An active unrestricted clinical license (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW), issued by the state board (limited or provisional licenses are not accepted).
  • A minimum of three years of relevant experience in mental health or clinical settings, demonstrating a deep understanding of therapeutic modalities and treatment planning.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport and trust with patients, and effectively collaborate with team members.
