QA Analyst/Campaign QA Specialist

  • 40 hours/week, 7 Month Assignment

A leading music streaming company seeks a QA Analyst/Campaign QA Specialist to support campaign validation, journey testing, and post-deployment analysis within Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). This role partners with marketing operations, CRM, and data teams to ensure accuracy, functionality, and performance across complex customer journeys and campaign executions.
QA Analyst/Campaign QA Specialist Responsibilities:
  • Review and validate Salesforce Marketing Cloud journeys, automations, and campaign configurations against business and campaign requirements; perform end-to-end QA testing across email, SMS, push notifications, audience segmentation, personalization, and triggered campaigns.
  • Validate audience targeting logic, including exclusions, suppression rules, and dynamic content behavior; write and execute SQL queries to verify datasets, segmentation logic, and deployment outputs.
  • Conduct pre-launch QA and post-launch validation, including delivery counts, audience volumes, and campaign performance checks; investigate and troubleshoot discrepancies in campaign execution, data flows, and reporting outputs.
  • Create and maintain QA documentation, test cases, validation procedures, and issue tracking; build and maintain operational and campaign validation reports using non-Salesforce reporting and BI tools.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing Operations, Channel Marketing, MarTech, and Data teams to support campaign execution, improve QA processes, and enhance deployment accuracy across customer lifecycle programs.

QA Analyst/Campaign QA Specialist Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Journeys, Automation Studio, Data Extensions, audience segmentation, and campaign execution workflows.
  • Strong SQL experience validating datasets, segmentation logic, and campaign outputs.
  • Experience reviewing complex customer journeys and validating against business and campaign requirements.
  • Experience validating campaign deployment volumes and post-launch reporting.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments with the ability to operate independently.
  • Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud is preferred.
  • Experience with Monte Carlo is preferred.
  • Experience with marketing automation QA processes and testing frameworks is preferred.
  • Familiarity with reporting and BI tools such as Tableau is preferred.
  • Experience supporting enterprise-scale CRM or lifecycle marketing programs is preferred.
  • An understanding of customer data architecture and marketing data flows is preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
