Overview:

Audacy is searching for a highly motivated and detail-oriented digital advertising professional to join our Key Accounts team as a Key Accounts Coordinator. This role is designed for an individual looking to grow their career in digital client management. You will primarily be responsible for monitoring attribution and conversion tracking, supporting key clients, and ensuring campaigns run smoothly. While this role focuses heavily on tracking and foundational digital channels like display and social media along with streaming and podcasting attribution, it serves as an essential pillar in driving client satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for key clients, providing white-glove service, building strong relationships, and understanding and measuring their unique business goals.

  • Monitor and audit attribution tracking setups to ensure accurate data capture and performance measurement for client campaigns.
  • Regularly review campaign performance for foundational digital channels, specifically focusing on display advertising and social media platforms along with O&O tactics like streaming and podcasting attribution. 
  • Identify potential campaign tracking issues or pacing anomalies and collaborate cross-functionally with operations teams to implement optimizations.
  • Assist with the preparation and formatting of routine performance reports, highlighting baseline campaign outcomes and data points for clients.
  • Stay updated on emerging digital advertising trends, platform updates and attribution tracking best practices.
Qualifications

What You Will Bring:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in digital advertising or advertising campaign operations.
  • Foundational understanding of digital advertising channels, with specific exposure to social media management, display advertising networks, and streaming and podcasting.
  • Familiarity with or strong interest in digital analytics, attribution models, and data tracking mechanics.
  • Strong organizational skills and an acute attention to detail, with the ability to monitor multiple client tracking setups simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and client correspondence.
  • Proficiency in spreadsheet software (Google Sheets/Excel) for organizing and reviewing campaign data.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communication, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
