Job description

Grand Canyon University! One of Arizona's leading institutions of higher learning.Located in the Valley of the Sun in the heart of Phoenix, Arizona. GCU is an institutionally accredited, private, nondenominational Christian University.

The National Testing Center (NTC) Manager works under minimal direction to manage and oversee third-party agreements, applications, and service updates for GCU's National Testing Centers across the Grand Canyon Universities main campus, remote sites, and partner locations. This role coordinates contracts, onboarding, and ongoing operational support for testing providers, including adding new services and preparing contract documentation. The NTC Manager also supports the growth and promotion of testing offerings and is responsible for maintaining reporting, metrics, and performance tracking for all testing center locations.

Location: 3300 W. Camelback Rd. Phoenix, AZ.

What you will do:

  • Manages and oversees all 3rd party application relationships and processes for the National Testing Centers and the Main Campus Testing Center.

  • Understands and communicates specific requirements for each 3rd party application and tracks upcoming changes or needs. Anticipates set up and application requirements for new locations.

  • Provides training for new hires on all relevant 3rd party applications as needed.

  • Continually manages systematic applications and agreements to ensure access for candidates, students and staff.

  • Quickly shifts priorities and manages unexpected changes to processes or locations. Communicates updates to department head regarding project timelines, changes, and/or additional requirements when needed.

  • Processes and helps prepare data and reports.

  • Must be able to travel to NTC sites as needed.

  • Coordinates with GCU Partners to help manage new site openings.

  • Manage and Oversees Test Proctors at NTC locations.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

What you need:

  • Master's degree required.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects preferred.

  • Supervisory experience preferred

  • Up to 50% Travel Required

  • Valid driver's license required

  • Must pass pre-employment background investigation.
