Summary:

Participate in creating / maintaining policies and standards, Coordinate content & schedule for Cybersecurity training program; related to IAM policy, standards and controls, Coordinate content & distribution of colleague communication; including awareness and policy changes, Coordinate schedule & consolidation of Cybersecurity metrics, Participate in remediation of Findings and Action Plans; partner with 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line Risk, Execute domain operational procedures; including access recertification and control testing.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensures compliance with security and privacy standards.
  • Supports delivery of IAM projects, consulting with business units for access implementation.
  • Monitors and troubleshoots Active Directory.
  • Manages Group Policy.
  • Coordinates Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Privileged Identity Management (PIM).
  • Supports ticketing systems.
  • Understands enterprise core information security competencies and their value.
  • Manages audit/risk profile, issues, and responsibilities.
  • Provides expert problem analysis and communication skills.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Active Directory administration skills, including AD monitoring, troubleshooting, and Group Policy Management
  • Knowledge of Privileged Access Management (PAM) or Privileged Identity Management (PIM) concepts and processes
  • Knowledge of Active Directory Federation Services, Microfocus NetIQ, SailPoint, etc.
  • Support ticketing systems (ServiceNow, etc.)
  • 1+ years of experience in Information Security or in management of a cross functional department
  • 1+ years of experience gathering requirements and demonstrating successful delivery

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CISSP, CISM

Compensation Range:

The compensation range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and education. Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan. In addition, Huntington provides a variety of benefits to colleagues, including health insurance coverage, wellness program, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plan, paid leave programs, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
