About the Job

We are seeking a talented and creative 3D Artist to join our team and support our thumbnail artists by creating high-quality 3D assets for YouTube thumbnails across our Minecraft and Roblox channels.


Reporting to the Content Strategy Manager, you will collaborate with a team of artists to create expressive characters, environments, and props that help produce high-performing thumbnails designed to drive clicks, increase audience engagement, and support channel growth.


The ideal candidate has exceptional 3D rendering skills, a strong understanding of YouTube content, and a passion for creating cute, expressive, chibi-style artwork.


What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with management and fellow artists to create polished, high-converting YouTube thumbnail assets.
  • Create accurate 3D character models, props, and environments that align with video concepts and channel branding.
  • Pose and work with rigged character models.
  • Build environments through set dressing, composition, and lighting.
  • Model, texture, and optimize 3D assets.
  • Produce high-quality renders using Redshift.
  • Work closely with thumbnail artists, incorporating feedback and revisions as needed.
  • Stay informed on YouTube trends, gaming content, internet culture, and competitor strategies.
  • Meet project deadlines in a fast-paced creative environment. 


What We're Looking For

  • Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Maya.
