AP World History TutorJob Summary

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable AP World History Tutor to provide exceptional academic support to high school students preparing for the Advanced Placement World History exam. This fully remote position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students' academic success while working with flexible scheduling from anywhere.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging one-on-one and small group tutoring sessions focused on AP World History curriculum and exam preparation
  • Develop customized lesson plans and study materials tailored to individual student needs and learning styles
  • Analyze student performance and provide targeted feedback to improve understanding of historical concepts, themes, and analytical skills
  • Guide students through AP exam strategies including document-based questions (DBQ), long essay questions (LEQ), and multiple-choice sections
  • Create and implement interactive learning activities that enhance comprehension of world civilizations, cultural exchanges, and historical patterns
  • Monitor student progress through regular assessments and adjust teaching methods accordingly
  • Communicate effectively with students and parents regarding academic progress and areas for improvement

Required Qualifications
