TalentFish is casting a line for an experienced MDM Developer to support enterprise data management initiatives and drive high-quality, governed master data solutions. This opportunity is ideal for a hands-on developer with expertise in Informatica MDM and a passion for building scalable solutions that improve data integrity, governance, and business decision-making.

In this role, you'll partner with business and technical teams to design, implement, and optimize Master Data Management solutions supporting critical organizational data domains including patient, student, and enterprise datasets. You'll play a key role in improving data quality, configuring MDM platforms, and implementing best practices that support long-term data strategy.

What You BringRequired Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in:
    • Data modeling

    • Data integration

    • Data quality management

  • Experience designing and implementing Informatica MDM solutions

  • Experience developing and executing test plans for MDM implementations

  • Experience with:
    • Informatica IDMC with iPaaS

    • Customer 360 SaaS MDM

    • CLAIRE using Copilot

    • CDGC or comparable tools

  • Experience implementing Informatica solutions on Azure Data Fabric platforms

  • Familiarity with Informatica implementation of the EDM Council CDMC framework

  • Working knowledge of:
    • Python

    • SQL

    • NoSQL databases

  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-changing environment

  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively

Preferred Qualifications
  • Informatica certifications strongly preferred, including:

What You'll DoMDM Solution Development & Administration
  • Design, develop, and implement enterprise Master Data Management solutions using Informatica MDM

  • Configure and manage Informatica MDM workflows, processes, and tenant environments

  • Build and maintain match/merge logic, survivorship rules, hierarchies, and relationship models

  • Configure and maintain the Reference Data Model

  • Deploy and support MDM solutions across enterprise environments

Data Quality & Governance
  • Perform data profiling, cleansing, standardization, deduplication, and quality assessments

  • Co-implement enterprise Data Quality Management initiatives

  • Partner with data governance teams to establish and enforce policies and standards

  • Ensure consistency, integrity, and accuracy across systems and applications

Technical Delivery & Collaboration
  • Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to align solutions with organizational goals

  • Troubleshoot production issues and optimize system performance

  • Create and maintain technical documentation and process artifacts

  • Provide training and support on MDM tools and best practices

  • Develop and execute testing strategies for MDM implementations

Compensation Information
The expected salary range for this position is $92,000.00 - $105,000.00 depending on experience and qualifications. This role also qualifies for comprehensive benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off. TalentFish is committed to pay transparency and equal opportunity.
