• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs, leading to the development of personalized treatment plans.

• A master's or doctorate degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and form therapeutic relationships with clients in a virtual setting.
• Exceptional empathy, compassion, and a deep understanding of the challenges clients face are essential for providing effective support.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills are critical for managing treatment schedules and maintaining accurate client records.

• Experience in telehealth delivery is advantageous, as you will leverage technology to connect with clients.
• Familiarity with computerized documentation systems and electronic health record (EHR) platforms is preferred.
• Prior experience in a similar mental health counseling role, particularly in remote settings, is beneficial.
