Common challenges include managing high volume during jackpot events and ensuring clear communication without face-to-face interaction. These can be addressed by using robust support platforms, participating in regular training sessions, and maintaining proactive communication with both team members and customers. Staying updated on lottery regulations and procedures is also essential for providing accurate assistance.
