DESCRIPTION:

Generations Home Loans is seeking licensed Mortgage Loan Originators who are motivated to grow a purchase-focused mortgage business through strong referral partnerships, excellent client guidance, and consistent follow-through.


This role is built for originators who understand that long-term production comes from trust, visibility, and execution. You will consult with buyers, evaluate financing needs, coordinate with internal operations teams, and support real estate partners with timely, accurate loan guidance.


Success in this role requires both sales discipline and service excellence. You will be expected to create a dependable borrower experience, maintain strong communication with agents, and build a referral network that can support sustainable production over time.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

What You Will Do

  • Generate and manage mortgage opportunities through real estate relationships, client referrals, and local market activity
  • Consult with borrowers to understand their goals, evaluate loan options, and guide them through the financing process
  • Maintain consistent communication with borrowers, agents, processors, and internal lending partners throughout the transaction
