Job Title: Marketing Specialist
Vynca is seeking a highly organized and motivated Marketing Specialist to join our fast-growing team. This role is ideal for an early-career marketer who enjoys variety-supporting everything from event logistics and digital advertising to fulfillment management and campaign coordination.
You'll work closely with our Marketing and Commercial teams to help bring Vynca's brand to life across national conferences, digital channels, and community initiatives.
This is a remote position with a preference for candidates based in the Denver, CO or Front Range area. At this time we are only considering applicants in the following states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Nevada, North Carolina, Oregon, Texas, Utah, and Washington.
This is a critical role that we're looking to fill as soon as possible.
What you'll do
Event & Conference Support
  • Assist with end-to-end event coordination, including registration, travel, and booth logistics.
  • Manage pre-event and post-event fulfillment (shipping collateral, banners, swag).
  • Coordinate vendor relationships for booth materials, giveaways, and printing.
  • Research upcoming healthcare and payer conferences to inform event strategy.
  • Track and report event outcomes (leads, engagement, spend).

Marketing Operations & Fulfillment
  • Oversee inventory and fulfillment of marketing materials stored in the warehouse.
  • Maintain an up-to-date catalog of available collateral and swag.
  • Coordinate shipments to field and sales teams as needed.
  • Support database cleanup and contact uploads in HubSpot (no coding required).
  • Support direct mail campaign delivery and coordinate list processing

Advertising & Research
  • Conduct research on audience targeting, keywords, and competitor ads.
  • Support ad campaign setup by preparing creative briefs, tracking links, and images.
  • Monitor ad spend summaries and campaign metrics in coordination with digital marketing.
  • Research new opportunities for digital advertising and sponsorship.

General Marketing Support
  • Support campaign planning and execution by updating trackers, timelines, and deliverables across marketing initiatives.
  • Support email marketing, landing page reviews, and proofreading.
  • Manage monthly newsletter by customer segment
  • Maintain marketing calendar and internal communications for key initiatives.
  • Help coordinate photo/video shoots and manage asset libraries.
  • Contribute to internal culture campaigns and team communications.
  • Build and post blog and web content from content contributors
  • Manage and monitor social media accounts
  • Build and post social content promoting blog and web content

Your experience and qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. (Or comparable Experience)
  • 2-4 years of marketing experience (agency or in-house).
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable juggling multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Experience with marketing tools, such as HubSpot, Canva, Google Workspace, or Asana is a plus.
  • Comfortable with reporting platforms, such as Google Analytics.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive, dependable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience working in the healthcare field is a plus.
