What are Remote Lansa jobs?

Remote Lansa jobs are positions that involve working with the LANSA development platform, typically for building enterprise applications, but performed from a remote location rather than on-site. LANSA is a low-code development environment used primarily for IBM i (AS/400) systems, web, and mobile applications. Professionals in these roles use the LANSA tools to design, code, and maintain business applications, often collaborating with teams through online communication and project management tools. Remote Lansa jobs offer flexibility, allowing developers to work from anywhere while supporting businesses that rely on LANSA technology.

How does a Remote Lansa developer typically collaborate with cross-functional teams while working offsite?

As a Remote Lansa developer, collaboration with cross-functional teams—including business analysts, QA testers, and project managers—usually happens through virtual meetings, project management tools, and version control systems. Clear communication and regular updates are essential to ensure project alignment and timely delivery. You may participate in daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and code reviews to stay connected with the team. Familiarity with remote collaboration platforms and proactive communication skills are important for success in this role.
