• Perform comprehensive psychosocial assessments of individuals, adolescents, families, and groups to gauge their mental health status and identify treatment needs.
• Provide therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based modalities tailored to each patient's unique service plan.
• Conduct initial assessments and coordinate care effectively with interdisciplinary teams, documenting findings and discussions to ensure continuity of care.
• Follow agency protocols thoroughly and ethically to maintain accurate records that reflect the treatment provided, utilizing our electronic health record systems seamlessly.
• Provide case management services by collaborating with community resources, external providers, and support networks to deliver holistic care.
• Engage in regular supervision and participate in team meetings to discuss patient progress, treatment strategies, and professional development.

The clients you will serve encompass diverse backgrounds, presenting a wide array of mental health challenges, from anxiety and depression to trauma and behavioral issues. • Candidates must hold a valid Mental Health Licensure within the State of Kansas, including but not limited to LMFT, LCPC, LCSW, or LSCSW.
• A bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field is required, alongside state licensure.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health role, demonstrating proficiency with diverse therapeutic techniques.

• Experience with evidence-based treatment methodologies such as CBT, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or solution-focused therapy is highly valued.
• Familiarity with electronic health record documentation and care management systems will be beneficial, enhancing your operational effectiveness.
• A background in community health settings or experience working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals is preferred.

The financial compensation for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and credentials.
