1099 Catering Director / Corporate Sales Hunter (Founding Role)



Location: Field Sales / Remote (Must be local to Franklin, Tennessee)



Position Type: Independent Contractor (1099)



The Opportunity


We are an established, high-quality restaurant launching our B2B corporate catering division from the ground up. We have the food, the kitchen capacity, and a dedicated culinary crew. What we need is a founding outside sales expert to help us design the packages, establish the sales workflow, and aggressively capture the corporate market right here in the Franklin area.


Because you are building this from a clean slate, you get total market ownership, zero internal politics, and an incredibly lucrative, time-protected commission structure.



The Three-Phase Commission Structure


We pay heavily for upfront risk, transitioning your wins into a stable residual portfolio over three distinct phases:


Phase 1: The Founders Launch (Through Jan 31, 2028)
15% commission on a new client’s 1st and 2nd orders.
20% commission on the 3rd order and beyond.
This tier is locked to ensure you fully cash out on both the 2026 and 2027 corporate holiday seasons.


Phase 2: The Transition Phase (Feb 1, 2028 – Jan 31, 2029)
10% commission on a client’s 1st and 2nd orders.
15% commission on the 3rd order and beyond.


Phase 3: The Permanent Maturity Floor (Effective Feb 1, 2029)
10% flat commission on all orders across the board.

Requirements


Proven track record in B2B corporate catering, pharmaceutical sales, or high-end outside sales.


A self-starter who enjoys building a program's menu layouts and materials from scratch.


Complete comfort operating as a pure-commission independent contractor.
