JURISolutions is seeking an Interim Counsel to support our client’s Digital Platforms team. This is a full-time position with an expected term of July 1 through year end with the possibility of extension. Ideally the candidate will sit onsite in New York, though remote options will be considered. The ideal candidate will prove to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment while bringing strong commercial advice and experience with digital products and emerging technologies. Candidates must have experience in:
- Digital accessibility, including Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) standards and policy drafting
- Electronic communications law such as ESIGN, CAN-SPAM, and TCPA
- Emerging AI issues, including agentic AI
- Digital experience rules and standards such as user experience, terms, disclosures, and consent flows
- Experience within open banking, such as data access agreements, rule 1033, user experience and fintech ideal
