We are seeking a Surrogate Support Team Member who will combine supportive counseling and both short- and long-term clinical assessment and intervention to surrogates in a fast-paced business environment. Support Team members at Circle are involved in the gestational carrier process from the time a surrogate is matched with intended parents until the surrogate completes their post-partum period. In this role, Support Team members are expected to engage in regular communication with their individual caseloads, collaborate with internal and external teams around the surrogates and their intended parents’ overall journey, and maintain surrogate support programs for all Circle Surrogacy Surrogates. This provides a unique opportunity to engage in both individual and large-scale relationships with Circle Surrogacy’s surrogate and intended parent community. This role is critical to the company’s business operations and vital to Circle’s superior customer service and support to our clients.

What you’ll do:

  • Provide strength-based and solution-focused counseling to assigned surrogates throughout their journey with the agency
  • Create, implement, and maintain opportunities for surrogates to engage in Circle Surrogacy community regularly. Opportunities to include managing the surrogate mentorship program, facilitating monthly gatherings around major and minor milestones in the journey, etc.
  • Collaborate and coordinate across Circle’s teams and with our partners to facilitate the smoothest possible experience for our clients
  • Participate in regular case reviews for assigned surrogates throughout their journey
  • Document important data related to journeys in agency database and provide weekly/monthly/annual reports as requested
  • Work with matching team to coordinate the surrogate re-matching process with intended parents
  • Be a contributing team player to the Surrogate Support Team


What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or other relevant programs from an accredited institution with completion of clinical examination
  • Clinical mental health licensure in good standing
  • Work experience in adoption/ IVF/ third-party reproduction
  • Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to maintain calm demeanor during stressful situations
  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask/prioritize
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving capability
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with time-sensitive deadlines
  • Ability to read, write and converse in Spanish a plus!
