As a mental health therapist at Gotham Enterprises, you will join a dynamic team committed to patient well-being and professional development. Our remote work setting promotes flexibility, allowing you to manage your schedule while providing necessary mental health services. Don't worry about isolation; we ensure regular team meetings, case consultations, and professional gatherings to foster connection among our therapists. Your typical hours will be from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some potential flexibility based on patient needs.

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify individual patient needs and develop personalized, actionable treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to deliver effective interventions for individuals, couples, and families.
• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups, fostering a sense of community and shared learning among participants.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate comprehensive care for patients.
• Provide crisis intervention services to patients experiencing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring swift and effective response.
• Educate patients on their mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources, empowering them in their recovery journey.
• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation that adheres to all legal and ethical standards, utilizing our electronic health record (EHR) system effectively.
• Stay abreast of the latest developments in the field of mental health therapy through regular professional development and training opportunities.

Our practice serves a diverse clientele, including individuals experiencing conditions such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and substance abuse. You will work closely with patients from various backgrounds, each bringing their unique perspectives and experiences. Your ability to adapt your therapeutic approach based on the individual needs of these clients will be crucial for your success in this role.

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT within Georgia.
• Strong understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities.
• Demonstrated experience in conducting thorough assessments and creating effective treatment plans tailored to diverse populations.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• A commitment to maintaining professional boundaries and adhering to ethical guidelines.
• Familiarity with EHR systems and proficiency in utilizing technology for patient documentation and communication.

• Experience providing therapy in outpatient settings, particularly with clients struggling with a wide array of mental health issues.
• Previous involvement in community outreach programs or psychoeducational workshops.
• Familiarity with specific therapeutic modalities beyond CBT and solution-focused therapy may be beneficial.
