What You’ll Do:

  • Source top talent for high-demand roles in construction & restoration (PMs, Estimators, Supers, GCs, etc.)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients
  • Use creative tools, platforms, and strategies to fill open positions fast
  • Own your desk and run it like your business — your hustle = your paycheck
