ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2023 and currently lead a team of nine. Before becoming an agent with State Farm, I spent four years as a team member, building a strong foundation in the business. Prior to that, I worked as a bartender and server while in college, which helped me develop strong communication skills and the ability to connect with people from all walks of life.
I’m a graduate of Florida International University and am happily married. I’m a proud Cuban American and an active member of the LGBTQIA+ community. Outside of work, I’m passionate about giving back—especially through involvement in the LGBTQIA+ community and supporting bully and dog rescue efforts.
Our agency offers team-building events, professional and personal development, outside training and coaching, promotions and incentives, Simple IRA, health benefits, work-life balance, and licensing reimbursement. We’re committed to helping our team grow both personally and professionally.
Our culture is close-knit, fun, and competitive. We live by the motto “Do it afraid,” meaning we push ourselves outside of our comfort zones to grow and succeed. I’m looking for someone who is disciplined, driven, and ambitious—someone who takes initiative and thrives in a team environment. Confidence, collaboration, and a growth mindset are key to success here. If you’re ready to challenge yourself, grow your career, and be part of a team that supports and pushes each other, this could be the right opportunity for you.
You May Be a Great Fit as an Acquisitions Specialist at Rachel Machin State Farm if:
  • You’re the person people call first when life goes sideways - calm, steady, and ready to help.
  • You genuinely care about your community and are dedicated to providing excellent service that makes a positive impact on the people around you.
  • You’re a natural relationship-builder who earns trust quickly and keeps it.
  • You listen first, then guide, making customers feel understood while confidently recommending solutions.
  • You’re motivated by goals and growth, and you know how to turn needs-based conversations into confident buying decisions that truly help customers.
Location Address: FULLY REMOTE
At Rachel Machin State Farm, we’re here to help people protect what matters most. We take pride in serving our community with integrity, care, and real support. Whether we’re helping someone navigate a claim or personalize a plan, we believe in doing meaningful work that makes a difference. If you're looking to grow your career, help others, and be part of a team that strives to do good every day, you’ll fit right in with us.
