  • Own and manage a centralized, version-controlled event registry across web and mobile platforms
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, and Analytics stakeholders to translate business requirements into structured tracking specifications
  • Collaborate with Engineering to support implementation, deployment, and validation of instrumentation across digital products
  • Validate event tracking through QA processes, monitoring, and debugging tools to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Enforce governance standards related to taxonomy, required fields, naming conventions, and event consistency
  • Own instrumentation intake, prioritization, and change management processes for tracking requests
  • Identify and resolve inconsistencies, duplication, and gaps in event tracking across platforms
  • Support configuration and maintenance of tag management systems, analytics SDKs, and collection tools in alignment with platform standards
  • Maintain documentation and promote best practices to ensure consistent instrumentation across teams

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Product Management, Library Sciences, or a related field preferred, or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • 3+ years in digital instrumentation, analytics implementation, QA, or data governance roles
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: 2+ years of experience working with Product, Marketing, Engineering, or Analytics teams to define tracking requirements
  • Event Architecture: Foundational understanding of event-driven tracking systems, data layers, and client-side instrumentation patterns
  • Instrumentation QA & Validation: Experience validating event tracking in web and mobile environments, including debugging and monitoring tools
  • Governance & Documentation: Experience maintaining event registries, taxonomies, and enforcing data collection standards
  • Platform Familiarity: Exposure to tag management systems, analytics SDKs, and instrumentation workflows
  • Problem Solving: Ability to identify inconsistencies in tracking and recommend structured solutions
  • Able to travel occasionally both domestically and internationally #LI-REMOTE #LI-PROMOTE
