Position Overview:

Dolphin Hotel Management is seeking a highly analytical and strategic Revenue Manager to lead revenue performance across a portfolio of hotel properties. This role is responsible for driving top-line revenue and profitability through effective pricing, forecasting, and distribution strategies.

The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of multi-property revenue optimization, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can translate data into actionable business decisions that outperform the competitive set.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of revenue strategies across multiple hotel properties to maximize revenue, market share, and profitability
  • Analyze market trends, demand patterns, and competitive intelligence to inform pricing and positioning decisions
  • Oversee daily rate management, inventory controls, and channel distribution strategies
  • Produce accurate forecasts and budgets, with ongoing performance analysis (daily, weekly, monthly)
  • Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure alignment on revenue-driving initiatives
  • Facilitate weekly revenue strategy calls with corporate and property teams, delivering clear insights and actionable recommendations
  • Monitor and evaluate key performance metrics including RevPAR, ADR, occupancy, and index penetration
  • Identify and implement opportunities for revenue growth through segmentation, promotions, and channel optimization
  • Maintain data integrity and ensure accurate reporting across all systems and platforms

Systems & Tools:

  • Work across a range of hotel technology platforms, including PMS, RMS, CRS, and channel management systems
  • Experience with platforms such as ProfitSword, HMS Infor, Visual One (V1), Amadeus iHotelier, or comparable systems is preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems across different brands and properties
  • Leverage reporting tools and data platforms to generate insights that inform strategic decisions

Qualifications and Physical Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Finance, or a related field preferred
  • 3–5+ years of revenue management experience, with multi-property oversight strongly preferred
  • Deep understanding of hotel distribution, OTA strategy, and demand forecasting
  • Proven ability to analyze data and translate insights into measurable results
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data clearly
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Ability to work in an office environment and occasionally travel for meetings or industry events.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk or in meetings.
  • Minimal physical strain, but may involve occasional lifting of documents or materials (up to 15 lbs).
