Job description

CRM amp; Donor Database Coordinator
This is more than a database role - it's a ministry. As our CRM amp; Donor Data Coordinator, you will steward the data that fuels life-changing impact. Every record represents a child, a family, a donor, or a story of transformation. Your work behind the scenes helps ensure that resources are used effectively, supporters are cared for well, and our mission continues to grow.
What You'll Do:
  • Maintain and manage our donor database (Virtuous CRM) with excellence and accuracy
  • Ensure data integrity so that every decision reflects truth and stewardship
  • Regularly audit and clean data to support strong ministry outcomes
  • Manage integrations between Virtuous and HubSpot
  • Equip our team with accurate lists, segmentation, and reporting for outreach and fundraising
  • Prospect research and reliable prospect briefs
  • Maintain marketing contact records and ensure compliance with communication preferences
  • Assist with tracking campaign engagement metrics and reporting
  • Be the Virtuous subject matter expert and resource for the marketing and partner engagement teams
  • Generate donor reports and lists for fundraising campaigns and donor stewardship
  • Assist in maintaining CRM system configuration, fields, and workflows
  • Troubleshoot basic system issues and serve as point of contact for database-related questions
  • Document database procedures and best practices
  • Support ongoing improvements to database processes and integrations
  • Maintain and manage our donor database (Virtuous CRM) with excellence and accuracy
Qualifications:
  • Personal commitment to Christian faith and alignments with the mission, vision, and values of 4KIDS
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience required. Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Nonprofit or donor database experience preferred
  • 2+ years of experience working with CRM or donor database systems
  • Experience with Virtuous, HubSpot, or similar platforms preferred
  • Strong Excel or spreadsheet skills
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing data imports, segmentation, and reporting
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Competency in analytical thinking, systems management, cross-team collaboration, and process improvement
