Job description

Senior Data Analyst & CRO Specialist

Location: Remote
Reports to: Head of Product, Technology & Ecommerce
Classification: Non-Exempt

About the Role

CPAP.com is looking for an Analyst & CRO Specialist to serve as our core data analyst— the primary owner of reporting, analytics, and data infrastructure across the business, with conversion rate optimization as a key focus area. You\'ll be the go-to person for "what does the data say," building the dashboards and pipelines the whole company relies on, while also running the CRO testing program end to end. This is a hands-on, data-first role for someone who\'s equally comfortable modeling data in BigQuery, building a dashboard a non-technical stakeholder can read at a glance, and presenting a test readout to leadership.

What You\'ll Do

Core Analytics & Reporting

  • Serve as the company\'s primary data analyst, owning reporting across e-commerce, marketing, product, and operations
  • Build and maintain dashboards; define and standardize metrics so stakeholders across the company are working from the same numbers
  • Own our data pipelines and modeling in BigQuery; understand how data flows in and structure it so it\'s usable
  • Be the point person for ad hoc data requests and deeper analysis across departments
  • Monitor key business metrics and proactively flag trends or anomalies, not just report on request CRO & Testing
  • Own the CRO testing roadmap: identify opportunities, prioritize by impact, and run A/B and multivariate tests end to end
  • Analyze site funnel, checkout, and PDP performance to find friction points and drop-off
  • Partner with dev and design teams to scope, build, and QA test variants
  • Report on test results with clear recommendations — win, lose, or inconclusive
  • Maintain a testing log and knowledge base so learnings compound over time

What You\'ll Need

  • 4+ years in a data analyst, analytics, or BI role, ideally with e-commerce exposure
  • Strong SQL skills and real experience with data pipelines and data modeling
  • Direct experience with Google BigQuery
  • Comfort owning reporting infrastructure end to end — not just pulling numbers, but deciding how they should be structured and presented
  • Experience using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, MCP-based workflows) to accelerate analysis and reporting a plus
  • Experience with A/B testing platforms (Intelligems and/or Shoplift)
  • Experience with Shopify strongly preferred
  • Ability to write a clear test hypothesis and know when a result is actually significant Excellent written and verbal communication — you\'ll be presenting findings to non-technical stakeholders across the company

Nice to Have

  • Experience with SourceMedium or similar attribution/reporting platforms
  • Experience with PostHog or similar product analytics tools
  • Experience in DTC health, wellness, or medical device e-commerce
  • Familiarity with subscription or bundle purchase flows
  • Basic HTML/CSS for reviewing or lightly editing test variants
