Student Brand Ambassador, Nursing - Indiana University - Bloomington
Job Description
In this role, you'll play a key part in growing Kaplan's presence and impact on campus. You'll drive engagement and build awareness through lead generation, grassroots marketing, relationship development, and collaborations with student organizations. You'll also deliver club presentations and support events that connect students with Kaplan's resources.
A unique part of this position is serving as a social media ambassador- leveraging your own platforms to authentically share Kaplan updates, upcoming events, and student success stories. This role is a great opportunity to strengthen your skills and expand your network while helping your peers prepare for their academic and professional goals.
The Kaplan Nursing Student Ambassador role is a paid position with incentivized lead targets. The hours are flexible based on business needs and ~5 hours per week. The position includes a paid training program with the information and tools to help you be a successful Student Ambassador!
Primary/Key Responsibilities:
  • Leverage your campus understanding and connections with Nursing students to source and secure opportunities for Kaplan to be present on campus
  • Develop relationships and establish partnerships with Nursing groups and organizations
  • Implement grassroots marketing initiatives, including execution of on-campus events, tables, fairs, and more
  • Act as a social media ambassador-creating and posting engaging content, stories, and videos to drive awareness and excitement for Kaplan on your campus
  • Leverage social media platforms to showcase events, promote Kaplan offers, and share student testimonials or study tips
    Connect students who are ready to enroll in a course with Kaplan's NCLEX experts
  • Present to students on campus to share how Kaplan will help them achieve their goals
  • Support other Kaplan test prep products and services on your campus, as applicable

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Enrolled, active Nursing student involved in campus life or leadership roles
  • Strong grasp of campus culture and desire to build meaningful relationships with campus organizations
  • Self-motivated, proactive, with excellent time management and communication skills
  • Active on social media and excited to create authentic, engaging content that resonates with your peers
