Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for medical coders, provide guidance on queries, and escalate to clients as necessary.

Conduct coding reviews and provide recommendations for appropriate coding based on current guidelines.

Provide written feedback related to coding compliance documentation and conduct other clinical record audits, as assigned.

Work with internal teams to support quality plans and assist with providing the appropriate tools and resources to internal coding teams and global partners.
