At Dempsey Uniform & Linen Supply, you'll help bring brands to life through creative design while developing valuable business skills in digital marketing, CRM management, and marketing technology. If you're naturally creative, love Adobe Creative Cloud, enjoy learning new software, and want to build a career in marketing or design, we'd love to meet you.

Tentative schedule: M-F 9-2pm. Onsite at our Jessup, Pa headquarters. 
What You'll Do
  • Design customer logo mats, embroidered shirt emblems, and other branded products.
  • Create eye-catching flyers, posters, signage, event graphics, and other marketing materials.
  • Develop social media graphics, short-form videos, and digital content that helps tell the Dempsey story.
  • Partner with our marketing and sales teams to create customer-facing materials that support business growth.
  • Use Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) to create professional print and digital designs.
  • Leverage AI-powered creative tools to speed up workflows and generate fresh ideas.
  • Learn Salesforce CRM by entering and organizing sales call notes, updating customer information, and supporting the sales team with accurate data.
  • Gain hands-on experience with email marketing by helping create, design, and distribute campaigns to customers and prospects.
  • Brainstorm creative concepts, present ideas, and refine designs based on feedback.
  • Stay current on design trends, social media best practices, and emerging marketing technologies.
  • Jump into new creative projects as our marketing team continues to grow.
What We're Looking For
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud is required, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • A portfolio showcasing your creativity across print, digital, school projects, freelance work, or internships.
  • Experience with Canva and familiarity with AI design tools is a plus.
  • Interest in marketing, branding, social media, and visual storytelling.
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn new platforms like Salesforce and email marketing tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
