• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that are data-driven and tailored to the needs of each client.
• Facilitate consultation and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to design effective crisis management and positive behavioral support strategies.
• Document all client interactions, assessments, and treatment plans promptly and accurately, adhering to regulatory compliance standards.
• Implement evidence-based screening tools and therapeutic interventions, adapting approaches based on the clinical team's recommendations.
• Participate actively in licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring that the agency maintains high standards of care.
• Establish and cultivate relationships with community partners, state agencies, and other stakeholders to enhance client access to resources and services.
• Engage in continuous professional development through attending workshops, conferences, and relevant meetings that advance your expertise and enrich the team's knowledge base.
• Advocate for the agency's mission and values in all interactions, promoting mental health awareness within the broader community.
• Take on additional duties assigned by the Clinic Director that align with your expertise and professional goals.

You will work with a diverse population of clients, including individuals experiencing mental health disorders, those recovering from substance use problems, and people with developmental disabilities. The goal is to empower our clients through tailored therapeutic interventions that encourage resilience and personal growth. Our approach prioritizes the unique backgrounds and experiences of each client, fostering a non-judgmental and safe environment for healing.

• A Master’s Degree in a relevant mental health discipline is required.
• A valid and independent LMHC license in New York is mandatory; assistance with licensing for those currently licensed in other states is provided.

While not mandatory, candidates with previous experience in telehealth practices or working within multidisciplinary teams will find this role especially rewarding. Experience in crisis intervention, substance use treatment, and developmental disabilities will enhance your ability to support our clients effectively.

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to USD 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide a range of benefits, including:
