Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy tailored to the unique needs of students, utilizing evidence-based practices and trauma-informed care.
  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments, gathering relevant information to inform treatment decisions.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with students, parents, and other stakeholders.
  • Maintain detailed and confidential client documentation, adhering to all HIPAA regulations and best practices.
  • Provide crisis intervention and immediate support in high-pressure situations, ensuring student safety and well-being.
  • Participate in team meetings, case discussions, and continuous training to enhance service delivery and treatment efficacy.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on students facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and trauma-related issues. You will work with a diverse population across multiple grade levels, adapting your approach to meet the developmental and emotional needs of each student. Qualifications
  • Active LICSW license in the state of Washington is required.
  • A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
  • A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a behavioral health setting is preferred.

  • Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
