PQGC PGT Project (MTD) Make to Deploy - Make or Manufacturing Deployment

Reports to: PQGC PGT Make - Manager Business Leads for Production Execution, Quality Management & Production Planning (MRP)
Location: Plano, Purchase or Chicago
This role is multi-functional across the Make (Manufacturing) area of PQGC and will support the Deployment portion of the project. The role is project based and has a finite term length for the role, roughly 14 periods. The role assignment will conclude at the end of the deployment portion for field operations for the PQGC Cap Ex. As part of the Make organization, you will support the subprocess team for Make to Deploy Make Production, Quality or Planning operations and Legacy Applications. This role will be critical in the support of the deployment model and hyper-care teams as the project progresses into the deployment phase. This role is expected to support field level operations at PepsiCo owned (Quaker, Gatorade & Canada) operations in the United States and Canada. In addition, the role is expected to review and analyze data to assist with the project work to enable common processes, data, reporting and analytics and support the delivery of S/4 HANA solution across PQGC. This role will work closely across the organization with the larger PQGC PGT project team, baseline business teams, IT organization, and with the various external partners on the project.
Percent Travel = 70% to include weekends and potential holidays
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for delivering the new harmonized process, data, analytics and controls within the subprocess area of Manufacturing.
• Provide knowledge and experience to project activities within the Manufacturing areas
• Serve as a link between baseline business leaders, IT development team and any third-party regarding software functionality, throughout the project
• Escalate appropriate decision-making requirements to Project Leadership
• Support adoption and change management, as well as develop and deliver end-user training where needed
• Provide deployment support
• Provide post-go-live support (Hyper-Care)
Qualifications/Requirements
• SAP or S/hana
Warehousing WMS
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 3-4 plus years of previous experience working within Foods or Beverage Operations.
• Extensive Excel (pivot tables and data analysis) and PowerPoint knowledge
• Strong attention to detail; highly organized, with project planning and time management skills
• Comfortable with challenging the status quo and ask difficult questions.
• Effective communicator, both written and oral; ability to articulate or demonstrate perspectives and best practices.
• This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States
• Ability to travel cross border
