About the Role: Are you a digital guardian and automation wizard with a passion for innovation?

Join our global team, where you'll be a builder, troubleshooter, and trusted partner empowering our language technology platforms. This hands‐on technical role blends development, automation, API integration, and advanced IT support, keeping our people, processes, and data secure, efficient, and ahead of the curve. Responsibilities: Custom Development & Integration Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions, scripts, and tooling for language operations using Python, PowerShell, TypeScript, React, and C#.

Build, enhance, and support integrations with XTRF, memoQ, Microsoft 365, APIs, and other workflow platforms. Develop and maintain reports and dashboards (PowerBI). IT Support & Asset Management Provide Tier 2/3 technical support, including troubleshooting applications, endpoints, networks, and user access.

Manage deployment, configuration, and maintenance of Microsoft 365, Intune, Azure, and Defender environments. Coordinate user onboarding/offboarding, permissions, and device lifecycle. Update and optimize WordPress website Process Automation & Optimization Identify manual or repetitive tasks and implement scalable automation across translation management and productivity platforms.

Document new scripts, code, and processes; maintain an internal knowledge repository. Security, Privacy & Compliance Serve as Security & Privacy Officer for compliance with ISO 27001, HIPAA, and GDPR standards. Monitor and respond to security incidents, risks, and vulnerabilities across all systems.

Manage our ISMS process, policies and procedures. Manage secure API access and data flows, ensuring ongoing audit readiness. Liaise with internal stakeholders (Project Management, Sales, Partner Services, Leadership) to gather requirements and provide technical support.

Communicate API documentation, SOPs, training, and technical updates to diverse audiences. Skills & Qualifications: Technical: Advanced proficiency in Python, PowerShell, TypeScript, React, and C#. Deep experience with REST API design, integration, and troubleshooting.

Familiarity with Google Drive, XTRF, memoQ, Microsoft 365 suite, Intune, Defender, endpoint management. Prior experience with BI/reporting tools (Power BI preferred). Knowledge of Microsoft Azure or other cloud environments a plus.

Support & Security: Demonstrated background in IT support (Tier 2+, or similar roles) in a cloud/SaaS‐heavy environment. Strong knowledge of security best practices and regulatory frameworks (ISO, HIPAA, GDPR). Experience implementing and supporting compliance documentation, audits, and controls.

Soft Skills: Excellent problem‐solving and analytical skills. Effective communicator with stakeholders at all levels. Able to work independently in a distributed team.
