Job Summary: In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct in-depth research and analysis in your area of expertise, delivering high-quality, evidence-based insights.
  2. Prepare, format, and review complex documents in Word and PDF, utilizing advanced features such as tracked changes, form filling, and data extraction.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, healthcare, policy, and finance professionals, to support diverse project needs.
  4. Translate complex research findings into clear, concise reports and presentations tailored for Fortune 500 standards.
  5. Evaluate and synthesize academic literature, legal documents, or industry data to inform project outcomes.
  6. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with designated guidelines in all written deliverables.
  7. Maintain clear and professional written and verbal communication with project stakeholders and team members.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Minimum 3+ years of relevant professional experience in academic research, legal, policy, healthcare, or related sectors.
  2. Master’s degree, PhD, or JD from a recognized institution.
  3. Demonstrated expertise in preparing and reviewing Word and PDF documents (tracked changes, formatting, data extraction, document review).
  4. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; meticulous attention to detail.
  5. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote, deadline-driven environment.
  6. Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams on complex deliverables.
  7. Proven record of producing high-quality, client-ready outputs.
