Licensed Psychologist - REMOTE (Accepting New Grads)
Shift: Full-Time - California License Required
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual telehealth therapy using evidence-based modalities (CBT, ACT, DBT, trauma-informed approaches).
- Maintain a caseload of approximately 25 clients per week.
- Develop structured, goal-oriented, and measurable treatment plans.
- Utilize outcome tracking tools and standardized assessments to monitor client progress.
- Complete timely, high-quality clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA, ethical standards, and grant requirements.
- Provide crisis assessment, intervention, and safety planning as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical, Counseling, or School Psychology from an accredited institution.
- Active, unrestricted California Psychologist license (must be fully licensed).
- Willingness to become credentialed with insurance panels associated with CCAH.
- Experience providing evidence-based therapy in telehealth settings.
- Strong clinical writing skills (diagnostic formulation, treatment planning, progress documentation).
- Spanish Strongly Required

- EMDR training or certification
- Gottman Level I-III training
