What You'll Do:
As the Editorial Operations Associate, you will be responsible for running, maintaining, and improving a suite of editorial tools that are crucial in maintaining the high standards of our book publications. Your primary responsibilities will be to run editing tools on manuscripts and to review manuscripts to ensure they meet our quality criteria. We're looking for someone with a really strong mix of editorial sensibilities and technical know-how, someone who is willing to roll up their sleeves and be responsible for making sure that manuscripts are beautifully polished.
Responsibilities:

  • Provide detailed feedback and suggestions for improvements to editing tools.

  • Ability to perform quick-turnaround copyedits, line edits, proofreading, and beta-reading as needed.
