This role is a key contributor within the Inspection Services team, responsible for performing complex inspections, interpreting detailed engineering data, and delivering highly accurate metrology reports aligned with aerospace and industrial standards. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on technical expert in Zeiss Inspect/GOM Inspect, capable of working independently with minimal oversight. Key Responsibilities Perform advanced dimensional inspections using Zeiss Inspect / GOM Inspect and 3D scanning systems such as ATOS. Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and GD&T requirements to validate dimensional compliance. Analyze, document, and present inspection results in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 17025, AS9100, and NADCAP standards. Interface with customers and suppliers to clarify requirements, communicate findings, and support root cause analysis. Apply metrology principles including gage R&R, measurement uncertainty, and traceability standards. Operate independently while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and quality of deliverables. Contribute to continuous improvement and process optimization within the inspection function.
