Our clinic is operational Monday through Saturday, giving you the freedom to adjust your hours between 10 to 40 hours per week. • Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments for individuals, couples, adolescents, families, and groups, developing comprehensive treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Coordinate care through effectivecommunication with staff that focuses on assessment results, treatment strategies, and interdisciplinary care plans, ensuring seamless care delivery.
• Provide graduate-level clinical social work interventions, utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to assist clients in achieving their mental health goals.
• Manage a caseload by collaborating with various healthcare professionals and community programs, streamlining all aspects of treatment and support.
• Maintain ethical standards and timeliness in documentation practices, upholding clinic policies and ensuring all patient records are completed punctually.

Our clinic serves a diverse patient population encompassing all ages, including children, adolescents, adults, and families, each facing unique challenges. You will work closely with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Our goal is to create a safe space for every individual to express themselves and find pathways to healing.

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) issued by the State of New Jersey is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in mental health counseling or therapy, demonstrating your capacity to navigate complex client situations effectively.
• Willingness to work remotely and maintain open communication with team members and clients alike.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems or practice management software is advantageous for maintaining patient documentation.

While the minimum experience required is 2 years, any additional experience in outpatient therapy settings, case management, or specialized techniques such as play therapy or trauma-informed care will be beneficial. Knowledge of community resources and referral networks is also an asset.

• Annual salary between USD 70,000 and USD 100,000, commensurate with your experience and professional credentials.
