Responsibilities
  • Pleasantly answer phones, schedule patients via online chat, phone, email, text and fax and patient and referral source interaction on the phone
  • You will work with internal teams and Regional Office Coordinators to assist with customer service and scheduling efforts
  • Learn and navigate through 2 EMR systems
  • Scheduling patients for all 34 of our locations in both NJ and PA
  • Able to accurately register patients according to company policy and procedures and ensure required forms are completed and signed by patients
  • Demonstrate amazing Customer Service and maintain HIPAA Compliance.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma required.
  • MS Office, basic office support skills (telephone, filing, data entry) and basic math skills.
  • Excellent telephone etiquette, pleasant personality and customer service skills.
  • Excellent multi-tasker in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preferred experience in medical reception but not required
  • Previous history with and working knowledge of insurance benefits, administrative duties, customer service and office experience a plus.
  • Bi-Lingual In Spanish and English required
