Candidate should have an interest in working on B2B products and have exposure to design systems.

Responsibilities & Qualifications:

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Ability to communicate broad concepts as well as fine detail through written and graphical media

· Ability to work well with others, exhibiting teamwork skills

· Ability to multitask by handling diverse assignments concurrently

· Strong interpersonal skills involving ability to work effectively cross-functionally and cross-culturally

· Displays attributes of a critical thinker and leverages innovative ideas

· Ability to identify issues and problems, generate solutions and choose appropriate alternatives using basic root cause analysis

· Highly Proficient ergonomics experience (Heuristic evaluation, Criteria development)

· Highly Proficient prototyping skills (software and/or hardware development experience a plus)

· Highly Proficient experience in usability testing (developing and executing test protocols)

· Highly Proficient understanding of technology and the product development life-cycle

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $75.00/hr.
