A sophisticated and rapidly growing Connecticut litigation boutique is seeking attorneys with at least three years of civil litigation experience to join its expanding medical malpractice and healthcare defense practice.

The Role

Attorneys in this practice play an active role in all aspects of litigation, including:

  • Drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs
  • Managing discovery and preparing case strategy
  • Taking and defending depositions
  • Attending court appearances and hearings
  • Preparing for and participating in trials
  • Working directly with clients and firm leadership
  • Advising healthcare professionals and institutions on sensitive and complex matters
