With a national footprint and a commitment to clinical excellence, Skin Clique is advancing skin health as an essential part of overall wellness.

Recruiting Specialist

Remote • Monday–Friday, 8AM–5PM ET

Reports to: Talent Acquisition Manager

Position Overview

Skin Clique's growth is powered by the providers who show up for our patients every day. Finding the right ones takes a recruiter who brings both precision and genuine investment to the process.

As a Recruiting Specialist, you'll manage your own pipeline of Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants across nationwide markets, from first outreach through offer acceptance, in a high-volume, fully remote environment. You'll proactively source qualified candidates, build meaningful relationships with clinical professionals, and move the right people forward with urgency and care.

The right person for this role is organized, goal-oriented, and energized by the work of building something that matters.

Key Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Provider Recruitment

  • Manage your own pipeline of NPs and PAs across nationwide markets and a high requisition load
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition Manager on market-specific sourcing strategies and hiring priorities
  • Guide candidates through every stage of the process, from first outreach through offer acceptance and transition to onboarding
  • Maintain timely, consistent communication so candidates always know where they stand

Sourcing & Pipeline Development

  • Proactively go after qualified candidates across LinkedIn, resume databases, industry networks, and professional associations rather than waiting for inbound
  • Build and maintain pipelines for both immediate openings and anticipated hiring needs
  • Re-engage qualified past applicants and referrals when new opportunities arise
  • Attend relevant industry events and conferences to cultivate relationships within the NP/PA community

Candidate Assessment & Selection

  • Pursue qualified candidates with persistence and professionalism; follow up until you have a clear answer
  • Conduct structured screens and model overview calls to evaluate qualifications, assess fit, and set accurate expectations
  • Make sound hiring recommendations based on candidate qualifications and role fit
  • Represent Skin Clique with warmth, professionalism, and credibility in every candidate interaction

Pipeline Management & Reporting

  • Keep Greenhouse ATS current at all times, including stage progression, interview notes, outreach history, and disposition
  • Track and report on key metrics including pipeline volume, conversion rates, and monthly hiring targets
  • Surface funnel trends, sourcing gaps, and process improvement opportunities proactively
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, sales, business development, or candidate sourcing experience
  • Exposure to medical aesthetics, cosmetic dermatology, plastic surgery, healthcare staffing, or provider recruitment is highly desirable
  • Experience recruiting healthcare professionals (NPs, PAs, RNs, MDs, DOs) strongly preferred
  • Experience in a sales-driven environment is a plus, we're looking for someone who knows how to build rapport, follow up, and close.
  • Proven ability to carry a high requisition load without losing quality in candidate communication or pipeline documentation
  • Strong sourcing and networking skills across LinkedIn, professional associations, referrals, and industry events
  • Exceptional follow-through; no candidate goes dark without a touchpoint
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with clinical professionals
  • Proficiency with Greenhouse ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and AI-enabled sourcing tools
  • Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment with a high degree of self-accountability
Who Will Thrive Here

This role is built for someone who is motivated by results and energized by connecting with people. You'll thrive here if you're highly organized, naturally driven, and enjoy owning your work from start to finish.

The ideal candidate approaches recruiting with a sales mindset, building relationships, creating trust, overcoming objections, and confidently guiding candidates through the decision-making process. You're comfortable making outreach, following up consistently, and staying engaged until you have a clear outcome.

Experience in medical aesthetics, healthcare recruiting, staffing, sales, or business development is highly valued. We're looking for someone who understands how to identify opportunity, communicate value, and close. If you're competitive, resourceful, and excited by the challenge of finding and securing exceptional talent in a fast-growing industry, you'll be successful in this role.
