- Current Massachusetts Registered Nurse license (MA RN license)
- Recent acute care experience, preferably ICU, CCU, or strong Med/Surg, or 4 years recent Case Management experience
- Passing the CCHC Clinical Documentation Integrity Specialist (CDI) Exam
- Organizational, analytical, writing, and interpersonal skills
- Critical thinking, problem-solving, and deductive reasoning skills
- Knowledge of pathophysiology, disease process, and regulatory environment
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Windows-based software programs
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a professional demeanor
- Management or supervisory experience preferred
