The Clinical Solution Specialist - Patient Monitoring is responsible for helping healthcare organizations successfully implement and use patient monitoring solutions. This role bridges clinical practice and healthcare technology by ensuring that software aligns with clinical workflows and that healthcare professionals are trained to use it effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Consult with hospitals and clinical teams to understand and optimize patient monitoring workflows.
  • Support implementation of patient monitoring solutions in clinical settings, especially ICUs and critical care units.
  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate that the solution meets clinical requirements.
  • Deliver training sessions for nurses, physicians, and other healthcare staff.
  • Provide go-live support during system deployment and resolve workflow-related issues.
  • Demonstrate product features and capabilities to customers and stakeholders.
  • Promote user adoption through ongoing education and post-implementation support.
  • Work closely with technical, implementation, and customer success teams to improve solution effectiveness.
