  • Salary Range: Starting range $19.03 - $20.12/hour (Where an applicant may fall on the salary range will vary based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to experience & education)

Key Responsibilities
Compile, process, and maintain patient's health information in a manner consistent with medical, administrative, ethical, legal, and regulatory requirements of the practice in a timely manner. The Electronic Medical Records Technician responsibilities are in accordance with the Health Information Management procedures as it pertains to the Chart Prep team.
EMRT Chart Prep Team:
  • Prepare electronic charts for appointments.
  • Promote a culture of caring through interactions with internal and external customers
  • Sort and prioritize incoming information (faxes, emails, mail, and phone calls)
  • Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and practice regulations.
  • Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
