This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Product Artist based in Netherlands.
This is an opportunity to shape the visual identity and player experience of new and live mobile puzzle games.
You will own the art pipeline from early concepts through final release, working across the product rather than focusing on a single asset type.
The role combines strong 2D artistry, UI/UX design, animation, and game development collaboration.
You'll work closely with designers, developers, and producers to turn creative ideas into polished, player-focused experiences.
Your work will span game interfaces, icons, in-game visuals, store assets, and advertising creatives.
You'll have room to experiment, contribute ideas, and help establish a consistent and engaging visual language across products.
The ideal candidate is an independent, systematic, and proactive artist who is passionate about games and motivated by creative problem-solving.
- Own the full art pipeline from initial concepts and exploration through production and release.
- Develop, refine, and iterate on visual assets for new and live mobile puzzle games.
- Create a broad range of graphical assets, including icons, UI elements, interfaces, store screenshots, and in-game visuals.
- Build and animate UI elements in Unity in collaboration with developers, and refine effects and animations after implementation.
- Maintain a consistent visual style and high level of quality across the entire product.
- Apply UI/UX principles to create interfaces that support both player experience and product objectives.
- Contribute visual concepts and assets for advertising and user acquisition campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with designers, developers, producers, and other creative stakeholders to ensure visuals remain aligned with gameplay and business goals.
- Present and communicate design decisions clearly while remaining open to feedback and experimentation.
- Strong 2D art skills covering concept development, asset creation, and animation.
- Proven experience designing game interfaces and applying UI/UX principles in games or consumer applications.
- Confident proficiency with Figma and experience creating structured, user-focused interfaces.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, with Photoshop required; After Effects experience is a plus.
- Good understanding of composition, colour theory, visual hierarchy, and visual consistency.
- Comfortable working with Unity or motivated to quickly develop proficiency with the engine.
- Ability to maintain a coherent art direction and visual style across an entire product.
- Experience collaborating effectively with designers, developers, and producers in multidisciplinary teams.
- Clear communication skills and the confidence to explain and stand behind creative decisions.
- Background in art, game development, or a related discipline, supported by a strong portfolio demonstrating relevant work.
- 3D experience is a valuable advantage.
- Professional English communication skills sufficient for meetings, documentation, and day-to-day collaboration.

- Regular company events, team activities, and recognition programs.
- Continuous professional development and opportunities to grow your career.
- Access to English and Polish language classes.
