Position Summary

4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Health Informatics Specialists to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Analyze and document clinical and operational workflows to support system implementation and optimization efforts.
  2. Gather and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
  3. Support EHR and clinical system configuration, testing, validation, and deployment activities.
  4. Collaborate with clinical, operational, and technical teams to resolve system issues and improve workflows.
  5. Assist with system integration, interface validation, and data flow troubleshooting.
  6. Develop and maintain project documentation, workflow diagrams, test scripts, and status reports.

Minimum Qualifications

The position requires:

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience

3+ years of experience supporting healthcare information systems, clinical applications, system implementations, or healthcare technology projects.

Technical Skills
