Our Transcatheter Mitral and Tricuspid Therapies (TMTT) business unit is boldly pursuing an innovative portfolio of technologies to address a patient's unmet clinical needs. We have a current opening for a Account Manager, Transcatheter Mitral & Tricuspid Therapies working in our German team. The territory would be working strategic hospital accounts within a defined geography and will include regular regional travel, and some German wide travel.

The preferred locations for this role would be within the following areas:

How you'll make an impact:

  • Serves as main point of contact within our growing TMTT business unit for your assigned territory and customer base.

  • Develop and execute winning account and territory strategies to drive sustainable growth across key strategic accounts

  • Building and managing strong, long-lasting relationships

  • with customers, referrers, surgeons and other influencers in your assigned region to push Edwards positioning in the market.

  • Utilizing long-term relationships with senior-level customers contacts and Edwards colleagues across functions to achieve success

  • Develops and closes new business opportunities with existing customers and identifies areas of improvement to meet sales targets while developing and leading the execution of both short- and long-term region plan

What you'll need:

  • Proven track record of progressive sales experience within Medical Devices.

  • Knowledge of Cardiology and Structural Heart Disease

  • Cath Lab experience would be advantageous

  • Ability and availability to travel (active driver)

  • Understands emerging industry trends and interdependencies affecting both Edwards and customers

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, ability to influence others

  • Strict attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment

  • Ability to interact professionally, and build relationships at all levels

  • Anticipates and understands customer needs, feedback and objections and applies knowledge to create value

  • Bachelor's Degree (life science or related field), or equivalent experience
